Snow Day

It was another snow day! The kids are going to be in school till July, I told them they might as well go year round at thsi rate. They enjoyed it though. Me and Hunter have been sick, we are giving each other a stomach virus back and fourth, its crazy, I will puke for a few hours, then sleep then he will puke for a few hours then sleep, were going on day number 3 like this and I am so done with it. The kids were really good today though, they did all their chores and tried helping cause they knew I didn't feel good and they tried so hard to make Hunter smile even though nothing worked. They were all very sweet and checking on me and him when we were sleeping. I wasn't all the way out and I saw each of them come in and check and heard them talking :P The little moments that you smile inside and know that you have great kids. Right before you puke again, but you still know they are good.

Mi......Mi.....Mi....

So today Hunter called our cat Chloe by her name, it was so cute!!!!!!!!!!! and he went looking for Mia, he calls her Mi, Mi, Mi, Mi, I keep making her go in the other room then in spanish I ask him where she is, I can't get enough of it. She is excited and feels special because she is the first one out of the kids that he has called by name. he's going to be talking so much soon and I will want him to be quiet but right now I can't get enough of his giggles, and the snorts - you know the ones you get when you hit that Mommy spot like no one else can, those and that little voice ....Mi   Mi :)

Swimming

Today we had swim lessons and Hunter was more interested in the great big slide, he just started walking in the pool to the deep end like he was 8 feet tall!!! No fear, then it got deeper and I was thinking are you really going to continue, and yup he did and he kept going till he got the wall, jumped up and I grabed him. Stop Stop Stop he yells, back to little people world for him :)

Methactone Final Tournament

Ok so today was a True Novice Tournament, it was a long weekend, yesterday Will had 2 matches and won both of them. He pinned one guy in 29 seconds flat, the other kid he won by default because the score was 17-0, after 15 points ahead they just end the match, and he almost pinned that guy again!!!! So he took second today!!!! I am so proud of him, seeing him get up there and put his game face on and see him work those moves, I see myself in him now more than ever! He's always looked like his real father and I always wonder if any of me is in there, he even has the same grin his real father had and its not like he taught him that or anything, but today, Nope not TODAY! He was all mine, My son walked on that mat and wrestled his heart out, and even when he was hurt in the second period, my son held his head high and never gave up. Today my boy made me proud.

Will

Will wrestled at a dual meet on Saturday and he won all three of his matches!!!! The first one he pinned the guy with a head lock in 45 seconds, the second one he pinned in the second period with a head lock, and the third one he almost pinned twice but the kid kept crying out so the ref would stop the match and make sure he was ok, then he would cry some more and then they would start again, every time Will got him in a nice tight move the damn kid would cry, so he never pinned him since he never stopped crying but he did win by points. Sweet.....................
Then today he went to a open tournament and lost his first match because he kept locking his hands. 4 times he was told, 4 times he gave the kid points, and he lost 7-8, and off those 7 points Will gave him 4 for penalties, then he threw on a Full Nelson, that kid knows a full nelson is illegal, he knew better, but he did it anyways. Theres another point for the kid, well he learned his lesson and was really pissed and he should be he just gave the kid the match. So the next one he pinned, and the next one he won by points. That a boy! He took 3rd place in the tournament, and learned a good lesson. It was a good weekend for him.

Weekend Rush

Will has a tournament tomorrrow, Mia has acting class, Angela and Chase have Basketball games and Angela has basketball pictures. Barbra went to the casino I think, she's suppose to be home by tomorrow night so we can go out for valentines day but we will see.

Too many days home

ok, so this is day number 3 for the kids being out of school, now its the weekend, Monday is a holiday, and they are talking about more snow falling!!! I am so ready for them to go back to school and I might not make it with all them this weekend, I might loose one accidently ;> you never know........................just playing, I can only take so much though, they have been outside, they have been quiet they have been noisy now I just want to punt them, not the baby of course but the rest.......yup punting them would be very nice right now........

Snow

The snow is beautiful!!!!!! There is so much of it I love it, it makes you warm and fuzzy inside even if your like me and weren't naturally born with warm fuzzy's its still nice. But when it keeps the kids home for 3 days then the weekend, then possibly next monday also - you get a little quirky!!! They have to leave some time.............. Besides, I really do enjoy me and Hunter time. I know I'm being very slefish, but if they weren't here he would be playing with me - (how old am I again?)

Super Bowl.......again

ok, so Hunter published that last one, long story short Hunter burnt himself on the oven, my poor little guy's fingers, but he's fine now, and just did a nose dive off the fridge onto his tracktor and made his head bleed, not deep enough for stitches but it will make a narly scar :) Another day another exciting adventure!

2 Hour Delay

So it snowed again this morning so the kids had a 2 hour delay. That would be no big deal but just as I thought all was well I heard Hunter crying you know the I'm hurt cry, so I walked into the living room and I don't believe my eyes. Will has him on the floor on his stomach pulling his arms in different directions! WTF is wrong with him, I yell at him and he just stands there first he tries lying about it and said he was just putting him on the floor and I was like don't you freakin lie to me after what I saw. So he said that Hunter was poking him and he's trying to watch tv, I grounded him, talked to him, and gave him a journal. He is required to write a half a page everyday for now on, I won't read it but he has to show me from a distance its half a page. Maybe this will help him. I just can't believe he freakin did it, I wanted to jump on him but I know that wouldn't have helped anyone it was just a emotional reaction. OH MY GOSH..........................between these five man it never freakin ends. Yesterday they were locking each other in the basement, the closet, I walked by the closet and one of the girls was like - Mom - I looked around, yeah.........can you please unlock the closet door...uuuhhhh ok, and there she was, smiling thanks, then the revenge later...................aaaahhhh were we like this as kids???????

Do you believe in God?

I just got back from Ladies Group and that was the discussion, do you believe in God but do you really believe in him? How have you seen him work in your life in the past 5 years, and even though you don't relize it at the time but there is a war going on, a fight, a vicious battle for you and only you. Do you believe that, do you believe that God loves you so much that he is fighting for you even when you are not thinking about him?

813!!!!

So today I hit 800 calories burned in one work out!!!!! So stoked. I burned 813 calories in one hour on the skytrek. I watched the news and all the chaos going on in the world today and thought about Barbra (Steve's Mom) and I just closed my eyes and moved, ran and breath, and think about everything and I did it!!!!! I don't know why 800 is such a feat but it is and I did it and that makes me happy!!!
